I’m Nathan, a Physiotherapist and Strength & Conditioning Coach passionate about helping athletes move well, train smarter, and perform without pain.

Striking Rehab began as a by-product of blending physiotherapy with strength and conditioning — shaped by my own background in sprinting, Muay Thai, and weightlifting.
Like many athletes, I faced my own setback early on with symptomatic hip impingement that limited my participation in kicking sports. That challenge led me to dive deep into hip and groin rehabilitation, which ultimately shaped how I now help others rebuild confidence, strength, and performance after injury.

After years working in-clinic, I saw how effective the right mix of rehab, strength, and mobility training can be — but I also saw the limits of the traditional model: short appointments, limited follow-up, and minimal communication between sessions.

That’s why I transitioned online — to deliver more connected, ongoing coaching where communication and support are at the center. This approach allows you to stay in touch, get feedback when you need it, and progress with confidence toward your goals
